We try our best to serve you with the best quality of our products. However, we understand that some pieces might not be as perfect. For the hako bowls, if some part broke, feel free to reach out to us. We will replace yours with a new one. This applies for the first 3 years of purchase.

All we ask you to do is take a picture of the part you want to claim and provide us with your order number from the platform where the purchase was made.


Please note that we will replace your item just for a part that is broken or can no longer be used. We want our product to last a very long time and not become a landfill, so we kindly ask you to retain the remaining parts.
